Questions? We've got answers
ⓘHow fast does it warm up?⌄
It starts warming as soon as you switch it on and is cosy within minutes. The thermostat then holds a steady temperature.
ⓘIs it safe to sit on all day?⌄
Yes. Thermostat control stops it from overheating, and the Classic has automatic power-off so it won't keep running if you forget it. Keep it away from young children and don't use it while sleeping.
ⓘHow many heat levels are there?⌄
The Premium has 3 heat levels. The Classic uses a thermostat controller so you can adjust the warmth to suit you.
ⓘHow is it powered?⌄
The Classic plugs into a wall socket and arrives with the right plug, or a plug adapter, for your country. The Premium runs on USB, so you can plug it into a laptop, a power bank or any USB wall adapter.
ⓘWhat size is it and will it fit my chair?⌄
Classic is 45 × 90 cm and Premium is 48 × 100 cm, covering both the seat and the backrest. It fits most office chairs, desk chairs, dining chairs and sofas.
ⓘWhat's the difference between Classic and Premium?⌄
Premium is larger (48 × 100 cm), extra fluffy, comes in Grey, Brown, Beige and Pink, has 3 heat levels and runs on USB. Classic is grey, 45 × 90 cm and plugs into the wall.
ⓘHow long does shipping take?⌄
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–12 days to the US and 7–14 days to all other countries. Shipping is $5.99, or $9.99 to the rest of Europe, the UAE and New Zealand.
